A GLIMPSE INTO MY LIFE
I’m Rienk Baarsma, the founder of BOLD real estate solutions, and I’d like to share a little about my personal life with you to start with.
Since 2010, I’ve been fortunate to share my life with my partner, now wife, Celeste. We got married in 2017, and together, we have two wonderful kids, Lennon and Vesper. They are the lights of my life and my greatest motivation. Everything I do, I do with their future in mind, striving to set an example of hard work, integrity, and passion.
When I’m not immersed in the day to day work, I like staying active and enjoying the outdoors. Tennis is one of my favorites, offering both a physical challenge and a way to clear my mind. During the winter months, you can find up the slopes on my snowboard, and in the warmer seasons, I’m often out kite surfing or catching waves in the North Sea.
Balancing my professional life with my personal passions and family time is what keeps me energized and inspired. It’s this balance that I bring to BOLD real estate solutions, ensuring that every client receives not just expertise, but also a genuine, heartfelt commitment to success.

MY PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY

CBRE
My professional path began at CBRE, where I spent an enriching 12 years. As a tenant representation consultant, I had the privilege of helping both national and international clients find the perfect real estate solutions in the dynamic Dutch market. This role honed my skills in understanding clients’ unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
5 years
G&S& (Volker Wessels)
Later, I joined GS&S, a company under the Volker Wessels umbrella, where I spearheaded commercial development for 5 years. This was an exciting phase where I delved into large-scale projects and expanded my horizons in commercial real estate development.
4 years
NL asset management
Knight Frank
The last 4 years before founding BOLD Real Estate Solutions were spent at NL Asset Management. Here, I had the unique opportunity to work with international investors, bridging markets and managing substantial portfolios. This role was instrumental in deepening my understanding of international real estate relations and investment strategies.
